How to order

If you have not received a confirmation by e-mail after 24 hours, please contact us: contact@cariann-of-sweden.com Please note: We make reservations for any price changes, incorrect prices and/or wrong information that can be found on our website.

Our return policy:
You may return the items purchased at Cariann of Sweden within 30 days of delivery. We will do a full refund of the product.
We can refund the shipping fees only if the return is a result of our error, then we will also pay for the return shipping fees.
We cannot accept returns of item that is not in its original condition or is damaged.
To make a return please send us a message and verify why you want to return the item. 


What about customs?
We mark international packages as containing the specific description of your order and state the cost of the item on the customs documentation.
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance will have to be borne by you;
we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
